★ New Redline was commended in Wheel Cleaner test (under ts old name of All Wheel)
★ Luxe Leather was commended in the leather test
WINNER - WAX IT WET
AUTO EXPRESS REVIEW:
RATING: ★★★★★
We've not tested Wax It Wet for a few years, as Turtle Wax has concentrated on it's new alternatives. This latest version in it's new livery was a revelation in the relatively mild conditions of our test.
As with most products here, it goes on to a just-rinsed panel and is simply wiped to remove excess moisture. The haze then dries, leaving a highly water-repellent finish. Alongside Dodo Juice, it clearly shifted water the fastest throughout.

COMMENDED - REDLINE WHEEL CLEANER
AUTO EXPRESS REVIEW:
This new cleaner from Turtle Wax is another of the pH-neutral products that turns red as it works. Like the others here it needs to be left for five minutes to work, but the instructions say it should also be agitated before rinsing with a pressure washer.
The spray is on the narrow side but the cleaner relatively thick, and clings well. It was a top performer with both rinsing and the weighted brush, but a higher price counts against it.

COMMENDED - LUXE LEATHER
AUTO EXPRESS REVIEW:
Luxe Leather was close to a commendation last year and it secures one in 2017. It is much more like a leather cream than the others on test here and has a pleasant soapy aroma. It claims to restore and protect, which it does better than most, although Williams and Dodo Juice pipped Luxe Leather in the water droplet soak test. It struggled a touch on the ink, but overall cleaning was good.
